Specialist Training Providers

Donegal College works with Specialist Training Providers to offer education and training opportunities for people with additional support needs. To access these courses, applicants must be aged 16 years or older and need support with some of the things listed below: 

• access and progression
• adapted training content 
• flexible learning timetables
• other non-occupational supports that are training related.

Courses are aimed at helping people to gain skills that can support them to enter or re-enter employment. Especially those who might be experiencing exclusion, social anxiety or those who are at a disadvantage in this area. They are all accredited by Quality and Qualifications Ireland (QQI) from Levels 3 to 5. 

Courses we offer through these providers are: 

• Jobstart Level 3
•  Retail Skills Level 4
•  Office Administration Level 5
•  Employer Based Training
