Applying for a Course at Donegal College.
Step-by-Step Process
Applying for a Further Education and Training (FET) course at Donegal College? Here’s how to get started:
Step 1. Find the Right Course
- Browse our Course Listings to explore the full range of Donegal College courses.
- When you find a course you’re interested in, click the  Apply Now  button on that course page.
Step 2. You’ll Be Redirected to FETCH Courses
-  This takes you to www.fetchcourses.ie, Ireland’s national Further Education and Training Course Hub.
If you don’t already have an account, you’ll need to register with your email address or mobile number.
How to Sign in or register on fetchcourses.ie:Â

Already have a fetchcourses.ie account?Â
You can sign in using your username and password, this will take you to the Expression of Interest form for your selected course.Â

New to fetchcourses.ie?Â
If you haven’t registered before, click Register and fill in your details and you will need to confirm your email or phone number.

Note: Your FETCH account is linked to your PPSN and stays with you for life, so make sure to remember your username and password for future use.

If you’re having trouble signing in, registering, or getting a duplicate account error, please email plssqueries@donegaletb.ie and include your phone number. Our admissions team will contact you to help.
Step 3. Submit your Expression of Interest
- Fill in all of your details on the Expression of Interest page.
- At the bottom of this page, tick the box to confirm your information is correct and accept the Data Acknowledgement Statement,this is required to complete your application.
Step 4. Application Acknowledgement
- Once all the information is submitted, you’ll see a message on the screen acknowledging your application, along with an application number.
- You can check the status of your application anytime under the Applications tab on fetchcourses.ie.Â
Step 5. Your Next Steps
- To support your application, you must complete the ‘My Details’ section on FETCH Courses, including the General, Social Welfare, Education, and My Status parts.
- If you start a course, you’ll also need to fill out an additional section called ‘Further Details’Â
Step 6. What happens now?
Once your application has been reviewed, we will inform you once upcoming information sessions and/or one-to-one discussions have been scheduled with our team, this is the final step in the application process.
